Hey Mike,

Just to let you know, during the off season, you can only promote prospects that have major league experience. Once the season starts, you can promote a prospect if they are on the MLB team's real life active 25 man roster.

So you will be able to promote Acuna once the season starts, if he is on the Braves 25 man roster in real life.
