My mike Morrill new gm for blue jays and I'm looking for some pitching. I'm still reading rules and figure out cap space any help getting caught up I would appreciate it. Looking forward to get to know the managers in the league.

Welcome, Mike. I'm sure you'll figure everything out fine, but the one thing that sticks out to me as "tricky" is that the player salary for the current Big League Dynasty fantasy year is the player's base salary from the prior MLB year. IE 2018 fantasy salary is 2017 base MLB salary, 2019 fantasy salary will be 2018 base MLB salary etc. It's not that hard to track, but I'm not the brightest bulb, so it took a bit getting used to it for me.
