Under Free Agency, there is a rule that states:
"- During the playoffs, free agency will only be open for playoff teams to claim replacement players for DL eligible players. Any player claimed during this time will be automatically released at the end of the year."
There have been a LOT of FA pickups since Sept. 3, and few of the dropped players are DL eligible. Are we ditching this rule?

My apologies Houston....you're right, the rules do state this. I sent out an email at the beginning of the playoffs stating that free agency would remain open.
I meant to update the rule in the rules section to accomodate the change, but didn't do it. I will update the rule to reflect how I'm actually enforcing things.
Sorry about the inconsistencies here and I'll try to do better in the future with clarifying rules and keeping everything updated in the rules.

You're right, it was mentioned in your e-mail. Guess I didn't read too closely after "Houston loses the tie-breaker..." By the way, let me say I appreciate the way you run this league. The rules were well thought out, you have stayed on top of things and kept it running smoothly.

I really enjoy running the league and the managers (like you) have made it really fun. Really looking forward to building off this first year.
